Shipping policy
Every order ships within 14 days. Blu-ray discs and printed items (posters and apparel) come from different production partners, so if your order has both they may arrive in separate parcels.
Blu-ray shipping
One flat rate per order, however many discs you order:
- United States: US$6.95, usually 3 to 7 days after it ships
- Canada: US$19.95, airmail
- Everywhere else we ship discs: US$29.95, airmail
Blu-ray discs ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vatican City. International airmail times vary by country.
Posters and apparel
Shipping for posters and apparel is worked out at checkout from what you order and where it's going. Some items only ship to certain countries. If an item can't be sent to your country, it shows as Sold out.
Duties and taxes
Our prices don't include import duties or taxes. If tax applies to your order, it's shown at checkout before you pay. If your country charges duties or taxes on delivery, they're payable by you.
Late or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after its delivery estimate, email us at support@reviva.tv with your order number and we'll look into it. If it's been lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once you've paid the shipping.
